There are growing concerns regarding the reproducibility of neuroimaging results. I will discuss these concerns and then focus on a set of efforts that are aiming to improve the reproducibility and transparency of neuroimaging research. These will include data sharing efforts and the development of the BIDS framework for data organization, and the development of reproducible workflows for data processing (including fMRIPrep). I will then talk about the need for improved quality control in custom code, focusing on software engineering methods that promise improved code quality.
Russel Poldrack Talk will be on ZOOM in the 29th of October, 4.00 CEST
